Congrats on your new product! I discovered your craft thru GoldThread videos and kept following your work thru different mediums sporadically. Seeing your passion transpire into new creations is inspiring.
I’ve recently uncovered black soybeans while searching for ways to create postpartum c-section friendly meals (since it does require a sensitive treatment for abdominal healing). Black soybean is a great ingredient in TCM with western nutrition data to back it up.
I appreciate more creators focusing on healthy ingredients for staple products. Sourcing products is searching for low sodium, real ingredient, cased in a glass bottles, created with time and technique, and more has been a journey.
I really admire and respect your work, and now even more so for your wisdom to protect the creative flame and redirect it toward something more sustainable and nourishing. I love Made In Taiwan and can't wait for the next one. I also can't wait for Hey Doh to become available in Canada! Or maybe I'll just have to go to Taiwan for it. :)
Congratulations on the transition and wishing you luck on the next step of your journey! The soy sauce has been awesome. If you're ever looking for someone to help with paid marketing on the brand, let me know!
I can't remember how I discovered your work, but when I did, I bought two copies of Made in Taiwan. I appreciate your commitment to authenticity and creating meaningful content—excited for your next steps with Heydoh!
Congratulations on this new iteration of your career, Clarissa. It takes courage to make a change when things aren't working, and I hope you're proud of yourself for that.
I have loved all the ways your multimedia food journalism has evolved over the years, it's only fitting that after Made in Taiwan you are now Making in Taiwan! Literally feeding in-person neighbors and communities with your culminated passions, reaching people where content cannot. I can't wait to see how it unfolds!
